Drs. Pawan Puneet Malhotra and colleagues demonstrate a sutureless scleral fixation of IOL (SFIOL) technique that is "indigenous" to the single regional hospital in India where they developed and use it commonly. The technique does not require the use of glue or microforceps and can be performed through a 3.2-millimeter clear corneal incision.
