In this interview, Dr. T. Hunter Newsom talks with Dr. Steven Vold about cataract surgery as an option for managing narrow angles and acute angle closure. In some cases, they bypass laser peripheral iridotomy and go straight to cataract surgery alone or in combination with endoscopic cylcophotocoagulation.
