BREAKING: Dangerous California Surgical Scope Bill Passes State Senate, Moves to Assembly
California’s Senate has approved dangerous AB 2236, optometric surgery legislation. The state Assembly has until midnight Wednesday to pass it. If it does, the bill will need only the governor’s signature to become law.
