Physician Groups Press CMS to End Temporary Waivers of Certain Licensure and Scope Requirements After Pandemic
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services waived a number of requirements in the Medicare and Medicaid programs to improve patients’ access to care during the pandemic. The Academy wants those waivers to end when the public health emergency concludes.
