The FDA's Ophthalmic Devices Panel has recommended approval of Bausch & Lomb's Trulign toric accommodating posterior chamber IOL.
The company said in a statement that the vote of the panel supports the view that the results of the clinical trial conducted on the IOL confirm that it is both safe and effective for its intended use.
