In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Edward Wladis manages a medial intraconal orbital tumor. He resects the medial wall of the orbit, slits the entire periorbita and performs a blunt dissection. Gentle retraction of the medial rectus helps. The orbital lesion can then be grasped, separated from the soft tissue adhesions and removed through the nose without a craniotomy.
