This video describes the safety and efficacy of OCT-guided femtosecond astigmatic keratotomy (fsAK) followed with high-fluence corneal collagen cross-linking (hfCXL). The authors found that hfCXL significantly enhances fsAK efficacy, allowing for smaller arc, better stability, and fewer postoperative symptoms.
