This video demonstrates the key portions of the gonioscopy-assisted transluminal trabeculotomy (GATT), a novel, minimally invasive, blebless, ab interno 360° trabeculotomy. The patient's uncontrolled pseudoexfoliation glaucoma is successfully treated with a GATT. Also demonstrated is an episcleral venous fluid wave (EFW), intraoperative evidence for patency of the conventional outflow system.
