Stickler syndrome with Pierre Robin sequence and bilateral congenital glaucoma is a rare disease. This video highlights management of such a case involving a 1-month-old child. Simultaneous bilateral primary combined trabeculotomy with trabeculectomy were performed under general anesthesia. Surgery was performed with laryngeal mask airway because endotracheal intubation could not be achieved owing to the presence of Pierre Robin sequence. The surgery was successful in controlling IOP and restoring corneal transparency, but spectacle correction of -16.00 Dsph was required in both eyes. There were no intraoperative or postoperative complications. A multidisciplinary approach was required for the successful management of this child's condition.
