The relatively recent arrival of microinvasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) has revolutionized the glaucoma world. Even though MIGS offers a safety profile similar to that of cataract surgery, the reality is that there is a learning curve that varies from one procedure to another. In this film, we show a series of complications with a variety of MIGS. We offer several pearls on how to approach MIGS, focusing what went wrong, how we could have prevented it and how they were solved
