Building on the concept of augmented reality, the authors developed a novel display device that can be easily attached to the surgical microscope. Imaginary markers demarcate a CCC line, a toric IOL axis marker, scleral flaps, and PKP suture markers. The device remotely accesses patient electronic records and controls the program's data center through a tablet computer such as an iPad.
