This video demonstrates a simplified surgical approach for repairing orbital floor fractures. Whether the floor implant is a bridge or a wedge, the aim is to restore appearance and alleviate diplopia. Also shown are recent advances in minimal access surgery and the use of tissue adhesive to stabilize the implant.
