In this video, Dr. Alan Crandall demonstrates how to use the Ambati capsular tension segment (CTS) to stabilize the capsular bag complex. The Ambati CTS features 2 eyelets instead of 1, which allows it to distribute tension to 2 points and avoid too much stress at a single point on the anterior capsulotomy.
