"In the Nick of Time" - Phacoemulsification in the Presence of Iridolenticular Coloboma

This video highlights the challenges faced during phacoemulsification of a dense cataract in the presence of an iridolenticular coloboma. Posterior capsular rupture was encountered and pars plans anterior vitrectomy was done and 3 piece intraocular lens intrasclerally fixated using the Yamane technique.
