In this clinical video, Drs. Nurettin Akyol and Halil Ibrahim Imamoglu perform iris coloboma surgery. They passed a prolene suture needle through the corneal incision, through the iris; the other side is passed through an insulin needle in the iris. The suture is removed from the corneal incision, forming a “U” shape and is pulled together. This process is repeated 3 times.
