Potential Dangers of Cannulas

Drs. Sonu Goel and Madhav Goel describe the potential dangers of using a cannula. In this case, the cannula was difficult to remove and inadvertently ruptured the posterior capsule. To fix the break, the surgeons converted the posterior capsule into a posterior capsulorhexis.
