    In this segment from Dr. Will Dean's Sutureless ECCE video program, a 1-piece rigid IOL is placed in the capsular bag through the main incision and dialed into place. The surgery is completed with irrigation and aspiration of the viscoelastic, removal of the the traction suture and speculum, injection of antibiotic, and a test for watertight closure of the tunnel.
