In this 3rd-place winning video from the 2023 YO Video Competition, a 42-year-old woman with Marfan syndrome presented with elevated IOP and a native lens completely dislocated into the anterior chamber. Central corneal edema was noted due to lenscorneal contact. To fix this dislocation, Dr. Rami Shasha performed a lens extraction and an anterior vitrectomy with Yamane intrascleral haptic fixation.
