Pulsating Optic Nerve Pit

On routine eye exam, a 67-year-old patient with past history of bilateral dry age-related macular degeneration, mild non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy, and bilateral symmetric optic pits is found to have an asymptomatic pulsating optic nerve pit in his left eye.
