    Drs. Maria del Pilar Lucena and Fernando Garcia demonstrate the Yamane technique for secondary implantation of an IOL and then a pupilloplasty in a 75-year-old patient with a badly damaged iris. The patient had a history of complicated phaco 2 months prior with no capsular support.
