Dacryocele: A Nick in Time Saves Nine

Dacryocele (dacryocystocele) is a rare clinical presentation of congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Dacryocele presents as a bluish swelling over the medial canthus. When seen endoscopically through the nose, usually there is an intranasal cyst present.
