    GATT Dos and Don'ts!

    AAO 2023 Video Program
    Glaucoma, Surgical Management

Gonioscopy-assisted transluminal trabeculotomy (GATT) is a novel minimally invasive glaucoma surgery technique that has shown a high safety profile and proven to be effective in lowering IOP in open-angle glaucomas. However, it has a moderate learning curve, even for surgeons comfortable with goniosurgery. This video intends to explain how to better employ the technique and to give advice on what to do and what to avoid doing when things don't go as planned.

This video was noted as being one of the Best of AAO 2023.
