Dr. Chokshi is an assistant professor in the department of Ophthalmology at University of Florida, Jacksonville, where he also directs the cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery division. He received his bachelor’s and medical degree from the University of Miami, Florida. While completing his residency training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Dr. Chokshi served as chief resident for 1 year. He then completed a fellowship in cornea/external disease and refractive surgery at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
