Brian J. Jacobs, MD

Dr. Jacobs is in private practice at the North Shore Glaucoma Center in Libertyville, Illinois, and is an assistant professor of Ophthalmology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. He completed his Ophthalmology residency at Rush University and a fellowship in Glaucoma at the University of Illinois Eye Center in Chicago.
