Dr. Weinberg completed a six-year combined biomedical program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Albany Medical College, New York, a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, two fellowships in neuro-ophthalmology at Michigan State University and Wills Eye Hospital, and a fellowship in orbital and ophthalmic plastic surgery at the Jules Stein Eye Institute. He then joined the faculty of the University of Vermont College of Medicine for ten years before moving to the Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah. He is an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology and Neurology, with clinical practices in both oculofacial plastic surgery and neuro-ophthalmology, and is a fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
