Dr. Chang is an assistant professor of ophthalmology at the Cullen Eye Institute and Baylor College of Medicine. He attended medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Cullen Eye Institute and Baylor College of Medicine. A glaucoma fellowship at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and University of Miami Miller School of Medicine followed. Dr. Chang’s primary clinical and research interests are in community screening and early diagnosis of glaucoma as well as surgical management of difficult glaucoma cases such as uveitic glaucoma.
