Dr. Weinstock is a board-certified, fellowship-trained cataract and refractive surgeon. He is the director of cataract and refractive surgery at The Eye Institute of West Florida in Tampa Bay, Fla. He also serves as the medical director of the Largo Ambulatory Surgery Center in Largo, Fla.
Dr. Weinstock has performed more than 20,000 cataract and refractive surgeries, and is the official eye surgeon for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team. He has written many book chapters and journal articles, and lectures internationally on topics related to microincisional cataract surgery, astigmatism correction, and new technology for cataract and refractive surgery.
