    Iris Hook Implantation After Capsulorrhexis

    Cataract/Anterior Segment

Dr. Ashish Sapkal demonstrates how to grasp the pupil margin clear of the capsulorrhexis margin when iris hooks are implanted. The lens was shifting as the rhexis was being performed, indicating loose zonules and necessitating a capsular tension ring (CTR). After the CTR was implanted, a floppy iris was then discovered.
