    Reverse Four-Throw Technique for Pupilloplasty

In this second-place winning video from the 9th Annual Global Video Contest, Dr. Priya Narang shows how the reverse four-throw (RFT) technique of pupilloplasty can correct pupil defects, particularly in patients undergoing endothelial keratoplasty. The endothelial graft typically unrolls in the center of the pupil where suture knots are present, but with the RFT technique, the knots are formed on the posterior surface of the iris.
