    A 36-year-old female, K/C/O Aplastic Anemia, presented to the eye emergency with complaints of sudden appearance of black spots in front of her right eye. Her hemoglobin values were 2g/dL and was being transfused with blood products from the Department of Internal Medicine. On ocular examination her vision was FCCF in the right eye and 20/20 in the left eye. Anterior segment examination was unremarkable. On posterior segment examination there were Roth spots adjacent to the superior vascular arcade with pre-retinal bleed over the macula and few blot hemorrhages.
