    Decreased visual acuity and diplopia were the patient’s main symptoms of capsular bag and intraocular lens (IOL) complex subluxation. No history of trauma or ophthalmic disease was noted. In this photograph, which was taken with a 12 Pro Max iPhone, zonular fibers resemble a flaming sunset.
