    Goldenhar syndrome is part of the oculo-auriculo-vertebral spectrum and can manifest with a host of craniofacial abnormalities. A, (Left) upper eyelid coloboma, lateral dermolipoma (of the left eye), and inferotemporal limbal dermoid (of the right eye) are characteristic ophthalmic findings and can occur on either side. B, Preauricular skin tags may also be observed, in addition to an absent or malformed ear (not pictured).
