    Cataract/Anterior Segment

A 46-year-old woman reported 4 months of blurry vision in both eyes and trauma history in the right eye 1 year prior. Examination results showed visual acuity of 20/30 N8 OD and 20/40 N8 OS, which improved to 20/30 N6 and 20/30 N6 following refraction. Examining the anterior segment showed a posterior subcapsular cataract with a mulberry form. Posterior examination of the right eye displayed choroidal rupture without macular involvement, while the left eye was normal. The patient was prescribed eyewear and had routine follow-up care.
