The image shows the classic mulberry appearance of ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN). OSSN refers to an entire spectrum of dysplastic, preinvasive, and malignant squamous lesions of conjunctiva and cornea. The major risk factors include ultraviolet radiation, Immunosuppression, human papillomavirus, smoking, and vitamin A deficiency.
