    A 71-year-old man presented with rapidly progressive proptosis and decreased vision in the right eye following head trauma. There is marked conjunctival chemosis with corkscrew conjunctival vessels. CT scan (right) shows enlargement of extraocular muscles and ophthalmic vein with development of inferolateral orbital varices
