    This 82-year-old woman presented with a 6-week history of left brow and orbital pain. A, 4 weeks before evaluation, she suddenly lost vision in her left eye, and ptosis and proptosis developed 1 week later. B, CT scan revealed a destructive lesion at the orbital apex, which on fine-needle aspiration biopsy (C) proved to be an aspergilloma.
