Fluorescein angiography image of the retina shows delayed choroidal filling in a patient presenting with no light perception vision due to giant cell arteritis. The fluorescein dye appears bright in this positive image. The retinal arteries are filled with fluorescein, and there is a large perfusion defect (dark area) in the choroid. Arrows mark the interface between normal choroidal filling (bright) and delayed filling (dark).
