    The 2 most common types of orbital rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS). a. Embryonal RMS consists of round- to tadpole-shaped cells in a myxoid matrix. Inset shows nuclei surrounded by a small amount of pink cytoplasm. b. Alveolar RMS at low magnification vaguely resembles air spaces of lung. Inset shows fibrous septa lined by small tumor cells.
