Pretrichial incision used for forehead and brow elevation. The advantages of this incision are elevation of the brow without elevation of the hairline, a relatively well-hidden scar, and no need for endoscopic equipment. The disadvantage is a relatively high incidence of postoperative sensory paresthesias.
