    High-magnification photomicrograph of retinoblastoma cells with MYCN oncogene amplification. Tumor cells are very poorly differentiated and highly pleomorphic. Nuclei are often hyperchromatic and enlarged (arrows) or have prominent nucleoli (arrowheads).
