17 year old boy presenting after ocular trauma with a futsal ball. Right eye (RE) CDVA was 20/200 and left eye 20/20. Spectral-domain OCT images showing RE macular hole of 134 μm which spontaneously resolved over 2 months. Final CDVA (after 4 months) was 20/25.
