Approaches to Managing Tube-Related Hypotony

In this interview from AGS 2021, Dr. Davinder Grover shares an ab interno approach for managing tube-related hypotony. For complete obstruction of the tube, he cannulates the tube ab interno using a blunt prolene suture. For partial obstruction, he blunts the suture to a lesser extent—not enough for complete occlusion—and impales the tube wall with the other end of the suture tip to lock it into place.
