    In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Brett Kotlus shares tips to avoid overelevated brow lifts, which can occur when neurotoxins drift to the central frontalis and the lateral frontalis has not been treated. As a result, the central frontalis drops while the lateral brow rises. Physicians should advise patients to be on the alert for signs of an overelevated arch, as it can be easily fixed with a small injection of toxin (1-2 units) above lateral brow.
