• The diagnosis could be anything and everything you're not looking for.
• Unusual ocular signs/symptoms and recurrent disease might be the first hint of HIV.
• Anti-retinal viral therapy (ART) is necessary and prevents opportunistic infections.
• When treating opportunistic infections, use systematic ART and antimicrobials.
