Double ILM Flap for Optic Pit Maculopathy

In this clinical video, Drs. Ferhina Ali and Carl Regillo use a double ILM flap to surgically manage optic pit maculopathy. One flap is used to plug the pit, while another is used to address the maculopathy. Following surgery, the patient exhibited rapid anatomic recovery along with an excellent long-term vision improvements.
