In this surgical video, Dr. Francesco Bernardini demonstrates G-point lifting for the infraorbital region. Taking advantage of filler rheology, this filler injection technique creates both lift and support via high G-prime and smooths transitions via low G-prime. He prepares by drawing inner lines and a bisectrix and marking the G-point. He delivers 0.1 cc of high G-prime filler and then around the main G-point to smooth the transition. Next, he switches to low G-primer filler to treat the infraorbital region. This method creates bridges of filler to minimize the amount of filler directly entering the tear trough, thereby reducing the risk of complications, Dr. Bernardini explains.
