    IOL dislocation is a concern in combined phaco-vitrectomy surgery, especially when air or gas is injected into the posterior segment. Intracameral air is one way to reduce the buoyancy difference contributing to early postoperative IOL dislocation. In this video, Drs. Riley Sanders and Ahmed Sallam present a modified technique for intracameral air injection to avoid IOL dislocation.
