Dr. Navneet Mehrotra describes a case of a 35-year-old male with an intraocular foreign body with endophthalmitis and diminution of vision. Vitrectomy was performed, and vascular sheathing noted. Through a separate entry, an iron foreign body was removed with a magnet. The video shows the fast clearing of sheathing of vessels and inflammation after the removal. Visual acuity improved to 6/36 after 12 days and to 6/18 one month after surgery.
