Dr. Chirag P. Shah, of Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, shows his technique for relieving vitreopapillary traction. In this patient he creates a PVD allowing for vitrectomy, and then addresses the macula with an ICG-assisted ILM peel. At the end of surgery he performs a complete air/fluid exchange using SF6 gas.
