In this surgical video, Drs. Joseph Boss and Katherine Talcott present scleral fixation of the MX60 enVista Lens (Bausch & Lomb). Unlike the Akreos AO60 lens, this hydrophobic, aspheric, acrylic lens has the benefit of avoiding opacification under gas or oil following DSAEK or vitreoretinal procedures. This video demonstrates how to perform the 4-point scleral fixation procedure.
